The Design Build Process You Need to Make Your New Home a Reality
Ashworth Construction Group’s preferred method of work is the Design-Build process. When a client comes to us, we have a wide network of architects with whom we work closely. The client and architect create their vision, and we are there to identify potential trouble spots before they become a problem. The close interaction between Ashworth Construction Group, the client and the architect allows us to establish an accurate budget before the build process begins.
Ashworth Construction Group will interact with architectural review boards during the design phase to keep projects within community standards. We also coordinate with outside consultants such as Landscape Architects, Civil Engineers and Interior Designers, and make revisions to specifications and pricing, if necessary. If the client needs to secure funding, we have recommendations for lenders.
Once the architectural designs and construction documents have been approved, Ashworth Construction Group initiates the permit process and schedules the start of construction.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Ashworth Construction Group is licensed and insured in South Carolina and the owners have accreditations from the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies (NASCLA). In addition, co-owner Craig Whitley is a Certified Green Builder with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
